A Great Loss
TechVision, is a family business founded by two brothers, Andy and Alan and their wives Debbie and Kerrie.
Tragically Alan died suddenly in April 2008 and as a close family, we are all devastated by his passing.
Without Alan's help and guidance, the business would not be where it is today. We owe him our eternal gratitude and shall not forget what an inspiration he was. We have all lost someone close to our hearts and the business has lost its greatest asset.
DAAK Ltd stands for Debbie, Andy, Alan & Kerrie. "Without you Al, we are not complete."
Alan's thirst for work and knowledge could not be quenched. As well as advising in the long-term goals and business strategy for TechVision, he was also a successful Operations Manager for a busy manufacturing company in East Yorkshire.
Using his acquired knowledge and work experience, Alan had also started his own consultancy company and had several very happy customers. As if this workload was not enough, Alan embarked upon a Henley MBA, which he completed shortly before his death and has been awarded posthumously.
To know that he had successfully completed the MBA would have given Alan a huge sense of achievement. It is a great pity that he did not live to fulfil his great potential and enjoy the fruits of his achievements, both academically and from his business ventures.
